All classes will be held at Hodel’s Country Dining, 5917 Knudsen Dr, Bakersfield CA 93308. Classes begin at 8:30 am and end at 3:30 pm.

CDA/ADA member dentist: $250 ~ Member Auxiliary/staff/guest: $100
Non-member dentist: $450 ~ Non-member Auxiliary/staff/guest: $150
The reservation deadline is 5 p.m. on the Monday of the week of the (Friday) seminar.
No refunds made for cancellations after the deadline date ~ $25 fee charged no-shows.
No CE Certificates will be given if the attendee leaves before class is over.
